How we can work together

  1. Part-time head of AI

    Two to eight days a month, by the quarter. I sit with the leadership team, decide with you what gets built and what gets stopped, govern it with your team and your vendors, or build it myself with AI, and answer for the result.

  2. Two-week diagnosis

    To start with one specific area. Sessions with leadership and the people who know the operation and, within two weeks, the crossed-out list in writing: what isn't worth it, and why, and what remains, with cost, timeline and risks. Fixed price.

  3. Leadership team advisor

    One day a month to review the AI portfolio, stop what isn't worth it and decide what's next, with someone who isn't selling you any tool.

What happens in those 30 minutes?

You tell me where your company stands with AI and what worries you. I tell you frankly whether I can help and how. If it fits, I send you a written proposal.

What is a part-time head of AI?

What an in-house head of AI would do (decide, prioritise, govern and answer for the result) for a few days a month. You get senior judgement without opening a full-time role.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the format and the number of days. I never bill by the hour: a fixed monthly fee or, for the diagnosis, a fixed price. We'll go through it in the call.

How many companies do you work with at once?

A few, because I do the work myself.

What do you need from us?

Time with the decision-makers and the people who know the operation, and a look at how work gets done today: the tools, the documents and the steps that repeat.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes. If you need one, we sign it before we start.

Do you work with our IT team?

Yes, from day one. Everything is built within your security and data policies, and documented so your team can maintain it.
