2. Purpose and terms of use
This website provides information about the automation and artificial intelligence services offered by CherryPick and lets interested companies get in touch. Access is free and requires no registration.
By using the website you become a user and accept this Legal Notice. You agree to use the website lawfully and in good faith, and not for unlawful purposes or in ways that could damage the systems of the owner or third parties. The terms of each service are set out in the proposal or contract signed with the client.
3. Intellectual and industrial property
The text, design, source code and the CherryPick brand belong to Miguel Martín Lacoma or are used under licence. Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without express permission is prohibited, except for personal and private use. CherryPick client logos belong to their owners and are displayed with their permission. Companies named in Miguel Martín Lacoma's professional background relate to projects from his previous role as CTO and COO at Redradix; they are mentioned only as career information, without their logos and without implying any current relationship with CherryPick. All trademarks belong to their owners.
4. AI voice assistant
The website offers "My digital twin", an artificial intelligence voice assistant that is only turned on if the user presses "Talk now". Its answers are generated automatically, may contain errors, and are neither an offer nor a contractual commitment. How conversation data is processed is explained in the Privacy Policy.
5. Liability
The owner strives to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee that it is error-free or that the service will be uninterrupted. The owner is not liable for damages arising from the use of the published information or from technical failures beyond its control.
The website links to articles published in El Economista and to other third-party pages. The owner does not control or answer for their content, in accordance with article 17 LSSI-CE, and will remove any link upon actual knowledge that it points to unlawful content.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction
This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of the owner's domicile, unless the user is a consumer, in which case the courts of the user's domicile shall have jurisdiction.
